Returns & Exchanges

Q: Are there any restocking fees for returns or handling fees for exchanges?

No, we do not charge restocking fees for returns. For exchanges, we will pay for the shipping on your new item(s), provided that it is shipping within INDIA

Q: Do I need to contact you for a Return Confirmation Number?

Nope! Simply fill out a return form (found here) and mail it back to us with your return(s). We'll take care of the rest.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

In the case of return we don’t pay in cash. You have to buy other product, If the value of new product is greater than the old product, balance you have to pay, If the value of new product is lesser than the old product, balance amount will be credited in your account with and you can redeem it with next and other orders. If you don’t wish to buy new product, we will credit your account with with credit points of same amount. In any case, we don’t provide the refund for any return. You can exchange a product when order is wrong or the product is damaged You can exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer a 14-day Exchange policy which allows you to exchange any product purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of the product – the day you receive the products is counted as Day 1. The request for exchange needs to be made within 14 days of receipt – once the 14-day period is over – unfortunately we cannot offer accept the exchange

Q: How do I exchange an item?

Exchange Process:
1. (i) Initiate an exchange request by contacting our customer care via call/email/chat
2. (ii) Once the exchange request is accepted – you can courier it back to us through normal courier service. The product should be exchanged with original tags, packaging and in unused and unsoiled condition
3. (iii) We shall intimate you once we received the exchanged product.
4. (iv) The return product shall be inspected by our exchange team. If all is ok – product is undamaged and with original packaging and original tags, we shall approve your exchange request.
Upon approval of exchange request, we shall exchange the products on the same price value or the higher price value and the difference amount should be paid.

Q: How long does it take to process an exchange?

After approval of exchange, exchanges are processed within 2 business days. We will send you an email to confirm your exchange.

Q: What happens if my item arrives broken or defective?

If you received a broken or defective item, please give us a call at +91 9982222500 or email us at right away so we can work to send you a replacement free of charge

Q: How do I change and cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled on the same day. Once it processed, we can’t cancel an order

Q: How long do I have to exchange an item?

If you are exchanging your item because the order is wrong or the product is damaged, you have 14 days from the date you received your item to return the product to

Q: Do I have to create an account to order from

No, you can choose to check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to get the Signup benefits and save your information and other preferences that can make shopping on quicker and more convenient in the future.

Q: Why do you need my phone number?

It will help us to track the delivery and get the confirmation. One of our sales person will personally call you if they notice a problem with your order, and to see how you would like to handle the issue.

Q: Where is my order receipt?

You should have received a copy of your order receipt at the email address used to place your order. However, if you didn't or you need another copy, log in to your account and click on order history. This page will show you all the previous orders placed with us. You may also contact us and we will send a copy of the receipt to your email address.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept almost all the debit and credit cards. You may also pay us through net banking and your paytm wallet. We do not accept checks at this time.

Q: How do I make changes to my order?

Q: Do you keep records of previous orders?

We do keep records of previous orders, but we do not keep those records on the Website. If you choose to create an account with Maesta Italia, you will be able to view your past orders within your account.

Q: Do you have any discounts for first-time buyers and repeat customers?

Yes, we have discounts specifically for first-time buyers. All customers receive the same low prices and other offers presented at time of purchase. For email-only exclusive savings and special deals, sign up for our email list. All registered repeated customers are offered flat 10% discount on MRP, apart from discount available in general.

Q: Why won't my order go through?

Sometimes our system tells us exactly why an order doesn't go through, and sometimes it just tells us that the card was declined. There are a few different reasons why a credit card may be declined, including insufficient funds, incorrect expiration date, incorrect security code, and incorrect billing address.

Q: The style I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?

We try to restock inventory as often as possible. Sometimes products are discontinued by manufacturers, and unfortunately, we cannot restock them on our site. If you have a specific question, please call our Customer Happiness team at +91 9982222500.

Q: I need a different size of a particular style. Can you customize it for me?

We are not the manufacturers of the sunglasses, and unfortunately, we are unable to customize the frames in any way.

Q: How do I know what power/strength/magnification I need for reading sunglasses?

The best way to determine your reading glasses strength is to consult your eye doctor.

Q: I see a picture of a different color in a certain style below the big picture, but I can only select one color. Can I order the other color?

All available colors are listed in the dropdown menu. If a certain color does not appear in the dropdown menu, it is out of stock and unavailable for order.

Q: Do you allow CODs (Collect/Cash on Delivery)?

We do not accept COD as a form of payment. We require payment before your order is shipped.

Q: Where do I enter a promotional code / gift voucher code?

You can enter your gift certificate code at the bottom of the checkout page, under “Checkout Cart” Select the "Discount Codes" option, and enter your code in the available field, after then apply.

Q: The promotional code did not apply to my order. Can you apply it?

Yes, we can. Simply call us at +91 9982222500 to provide us with your order number. But we can do this only before the order processed.

Q: Do you ever have any flash sale?

What about coupons?Yes, usually we offer some gift vouchers that can be redeemed against the product but it can’t be redeemed against cash and, we offer a flash sale but that has to be done on any special festival or occasion

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Takes 3-5 business days to receive If your item is on back order or does not pass our quality control inspection, it could take longer than the estimated shipping times listed above to receive your order. Our customer service department will contact you if they anticipate a delay in delivering your order, outside of the normal timeframes.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Right now, we do not offer free shipping, also free shipping does not apply to some exchange orders.

Q: How will I know if my item is on back order?

You will receive an email at the address you provided to inform you that your item is on back order. You will also receive a call from our customer service department to ask you how you would like to proceed with your order.

Q: What happens if I don't receive my order after it ships?

You have 10 days from receipt of the shipment confirmation email to notify that you have not received your item, otherwise we cannot be responsible for lost shipments

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping cost is Rs. 70 for orders shipping within the India. Speed post and expedited methods vary on your location and size of order.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

If you order before 2:00 PM IST on a business day, the order will ship out that day. Otherwise, it will ship the following business day. If you place an order on a weekend or on a holiday, your order will ship the following business day.

Q: My confirmation number says the package was delivered, but I don't have it. Now what?

Please check with anyone in your house/apartment that may have received the package. If your order was shipped to an apartment complex, check with the front desk. You can also contact your local post office and speak with your mail carrier or delivery manager about where the package was left.

Q: I received my shipping confirmation email, but the tracking number does not work. Did my order ship?

Tracking information is not available right away. It often takes at least one business day for courier partner to update tracking. If you try the tracking number too soon, you may find that there is no record of your package yet. Please check the tracking number again tomorrow.

Q: The shipping confirmation email does not have the second line of my address and that's necessary for delivery. The second line was confirmed in my initial confirmation email, so I know I entered it. What does this mean?

Sometimes our system does not include the second line in the shipping confirmation email. If the second line of your address was included in your original order confirmation email, you can rest assured that it was also included on your package. If you are still concerned, please give us a call at +91 9982222500.

Q: Can I have the order sent somewhere other than my billing address?

Yes! During checkout, you'll enter your billing address first. Then, select to ship to a different address. You'll enter the full shipping address second. If you choose to create an account, you will be able to save multiple addresses for future delivery.

Q: Can I have half the order sent one place and the other half sent another?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship one order to multiple locations. If different destinations are required, please separate your purchases. Shipping must be paid for each, unless the orders meet the shipping threshold on their own.

Q: Can you put a "rush or urgent" on my order?

No, we don’t offer prescription sunglasses.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your sunglasses?

Yes, we offer a warranty of six months on our sunglasses.

Yes, our sunglasses come with cases, unless specifically stated in the description. However, we do sell cases separately

Q: How do I know what size of sunglasses I should get?

All of the sunglasses we have on our website are listed with dimensions. We recommend measuring a pair of glasses you already have from hinge to hinge to compare to the measurements on our website. You also get a face size guide on our website, which help you to check which frame suit you best.

Q: What are your Sunglass & Eyewear made of?

Our sunglasses are made of polycarbonate, metal, cp and the acetate.

Yes, you can purchase frames only without lenses.

Q: May I try your glasses on at home before I buy them?

We do not offer that service.

Q: How to clean your Sunglass/eyewear:

• Clean your glasses by using warm water and a mild dish soap.
• Dry your glasses gently with a soft cotton towel or cleaning cloth for eyeglasses.
• A soft toothbrush can be used to wash away any grime around the nose pads. Be careful not to accidently scuff the lens.
• Avoid using rough materials such as facial tissue or paper towels to dry your glasses, as they may scratch your frame or lenses.
• Avoid using any cleaners containing ammonia (such as Windex) or lotions (like some hand soaps), as these products could damage your lenses.

Q: How to care for your Sunglass/eyewear:
• Avoid leaving your glasses in a hot vehicle. High heat could damage the frame and lenses.
• Avoid touching your lenses with your hands to prevent contact with dirt and oil particles that could scratch the surface.
• When not using your glasses, keep them in a case to avoid scratches.
