1. Shipping
We at Argento Retail Pvt. Ltd. strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition with good quality packaging and in the fastest time possible. We use reputed courier agencies only for shipping your orders.
2. Delivery Time:
You will get an estimated delivery time at the time of placing the order. Usually it can take up to 3-5 working days for an order to be processed and shipped
3. Delivery charges:
Delivery is chargeable for all orders.
4. Checking Order Status:
Once your order is shipped, we shall send you an email with the tracking information. Else, you can contact us by email or call to check status of your order by providing the order reference number.
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer a 14-day Exchange policy which allows you to exchange any product purchased from us within 14 days of receipt of the product – the day you receive the products is counted as Day 1. The request for exchange needs to be made within 14 days of receipt – once the 14-day period is over – unfortunately we cannot offer accept the exchange.
Exchange Process:
- (i) Initiate an exchange request by contacting our customer care via call/email/chat
- (ii) Once the exchange request is accepted – you can courier it back to us through normal courier service. The product should be exchanged with original tags, packaging and in unused and unsoiled condition
- (iii) We shall intimate you once we received the exchanged product.
- (iv) The return product shall be inspected by our exchange team. If all is ok – product is undamaged and with original packaging and original tags, we shall approve your exchange request.
Upon approval of exchange request, we shall exchange the products on the same price value or the higher price value and the difference amount should be paid.
6. Service Offerings:
We offer to sell non-prescription eye-wear frames, sun glasses, wrist watches and ties) from high-end manufacturers through the ecommerce site www.maestaitalia.in.
We try to display and describe the colors and features of the products on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the color of the products you receive would be exactly as displayed on your monitor while ordering – as the color visible to you is dependent on your monitor and display settings.
User has the option of returning any product in unused and unsoiled condition within 14 days of delivery as per our return and exchange policy.
We currently offer the following products:
Eyewears:
Non-Prescription Eye-Wear, Optical Frames without any prescription lenses.
Sunglasses:
This means ordering Sun Glasses without any prescription lenses.
Watches:
You can also order Silicon belt Analog wrist watch which we have in 13 attractive colors.
Ties:
We have Microfibre and Silk Blended ties with patterns like Stripes, Checkers, Geometrical, Polka Dots and Solid Plain.
User needs to choose the desired product and add it to cart.
7. Pricing and Payment:
The prices for all products being offered for sale through the site are mentioned for each product and are covered under the Terms of Use by reference. Final price for your order will be displayed before you proceed for payment and checkout.
Payment is accepted by the following modes:
- Online payment via Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking using Payu Money
- Paytm Wallet
Payment option available to you shall be displayed at the time of placing the order.
General Terms & Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
